Volunteering in Scotland

To volunteer with Woodcraft Folk you need to apply using the form below. For most roles working directly with young people, you will also need to obtain a PVG check.

To get started, complete the sign up form below. You will then receive further instructions by email to guide you through our screening process.

There is an opportunity to donate in the form to cover your volunteering costs and support our charitable work, but all donations are optional.

Thank you for your application!

Optional donation

Woodcraft Folk relies on donations to fund our work. It costs £39 a year to support each volunteer with training, insurance, and specialist advice, but we don’t exclude those who can’t donate. If you can, please donate to cover your volunteering costs - if you can donate more, you can support volunteers who can't afford to donate, and fund our charitable work with young people. Every donation helps, even if you don't feel able to donate the suggested £39.

Can you donate to support our work?

Thank you taking the time to fill in this form - our membership team will be in touch soon with more information about your volunteering role.
