- Players find a partner and stand beside them, holding hands.
- One couple is chosen to be “on”, they must chase and try to tig the others.
- If either one of a pair is “tug” then that couple must stand still and raise their arms to form an arch.
- Other couples may release them by running under the arch.
- If any couple breaks hands, they also have to form an arch.
- Should the couple who are “on” break hands, all the players they have caught are automatically released.
- Change the chasing couple frequently.
