Interpersonal conflict – Discussion
Facilitate a discussion after doing the interpersonal conflict activities.
Frozen pictures
This activity encourages the venturers to be creative and come up with a role-play and to talk about behaviour and feelings.
Showing anger
This activity encourages venturers to think about behaviour and consequences.
Left out Warm up
All the venturers but one have to form a circle and join hands. The person outside the circle should try and get inside.
Cyber-bullying
The venturers have to develop a drama exploring a cyber-bullying situation and reflect on how the victim feels and how they think the bullying should be tackled.
Everyone is Simon says
This is effectively a rolling game of ‘Simon Says’ for Venturers.

This Session aims to equip Venturers with the knowledge and skills to add their voice to and prioritise to the Children’s Alliances demands, including that for a Cabinet Minister for Children and Young People.
