Experienced trainer Zoe Lorimer has produced a series of three webinars focusing on inclusive, anti-racist practice in our groups.
Session one focused on why racial identity matters in our work, and explore the implications of power inequalities, whether in our groups or in our wider communities.
Session two helped participants to gain understanding and insight into the lived experience of young People of Colour in the UK in order to ensure our groups are accessible, welcoming and contribute positively to anti-racist education.
The third and final webinar in this series focused on exploring how the learnings explored in the previous two sessions can be integrated into your group activities and foster an environment where diversity is valued.
