Change of information form

Please use this form to update us on changes to your Woodcraft Folk volunteering ormembership, personal information, or if you wish to cancel your membership/stop volunteering. It’s important to let us know about any changes to your contact information so our records can be kept up to date and we’re able to contact you regarding any matters arising that pertain to your role within Woodcraft Folk.

Local groups are also welcome to use this form to update us on any changes to their meeting infromation. Please update us on venue changes, name changes, contact information and capacity. We’ll us this information to update our records and the group finder on the website.

We rely on your help to keep local group and volunteer information up to date.
