Woodcraft Folk is a movement for children and young people, open to everyone from birth to adult. Woodcraft Folk offers a place where children will grow in confidence, explore engaging activities, take part in workshops, learn about the world, build lasting friendships and start to understand how to value our planet and each other.
We aim to bring exciting experiences to young people from all backgrounds through organising engaging events for young people (aged 10-15) as part of our ‘Camp for All’ initiative. Whether you are new to Woodcraft Folk or a long standing member, we want young people to join us for a weekend filled with fun, adventure and making new friends.
Non members and members can register their interest in a camp or residential via the form at the bottom of the page and we will then send you the relevant event information and booking instructions. Further details on upcoming camps can be found below.

camps!
Our Camps for All weekend residentials took place at centres and campsites across the UK that are owned and/or managed by Woodcraft Folk. Find out more about our centres and campsites here.

Adventurous and fun activities
Our Camps for All camping and residential activities will be delivered by experienced Woodcraft Folk staff and dedicated, enthusiastic and knowledgeable volunteers. We will often take part in adventurous activities such as canoeing, weasling and crate stacking that will be instructor led.
The events will include exploring the surrounding areas of natural beauty around our centres, playing co-operative games, making new friendships, taking part in workshops around social change and children’s rights, enjoying adventurous activities and spending our evenings around the campfire.
If you have questions or queries, please email Lauren Karstadt, Programme Manager. (lauren.karstadt@woodcraft.org.uk) We don’t want finance to be a barrier to participating and sometimes have some funding streams to support subsidised spaces on our residentials. Get in touch to find out more.
