Webinar: Managing Risk
November’s safeguarding webinar will look at how to manage the risks associated with the activities you run in your group. A risk assessment is needed for all group night activities, and we will explore how this should be done in practice.
We will also:
- Examine the sorts of risks that you may encounter, and measures to control them
- Share template documents that you can adapt for your own needs
- Discuss the insurance cover that Woodcraft Folk provides for groups and volunteers
- Identify further resources and training to support you
This session is aimed Local Safeguarding Leads and any volunteers leading group night activities with Woodcraft Folk groups of any age.
