Webinar: Managing Behaviour at Group night

Our Development Manager, Lauren Karstadt will be hosting a webinar for group leaders and volunteers on Managing Behaviour. The webinar will look at how leaders can promote positive and cooperative behaviour at group night and overcome challenges as a group. The session will also focus on different techniques that can be implemented to ensure safe resolution and prevention. Volunteers will have the opportunity to ask questions and take part in interactive discussions to share practice and learn new knowledge and skills.
