Volunteer Training Day at Lea Valley YHA
Woodcraft Folk will be delivering New Leader Training on Sunday 22 September 2024. The training will take place at Lea Valley YHA Windmill Ln, Cheshunt, Waltham Cross EN8 9AJ
The training will run from 10:00am – 4:00pm.
Participants will find out more about:
- Woodcraft Folk History
- Our aims and principles and how to put these into practice through programme and activities
- Programme planning
- An introduction to safeguarding
- How to risk assess activities
- Share practice and ideas
This is also a great opportunity to meet other Woodcraft Folk leaders from different areas and get new ideas and build connections.
