Scarletts now has a website! Please note that the site is in development and we will be making regular updates so keep checking it out for the lastest news.

Why Use Scarletts campsite?

The site will offer low-cost camping for Woodcraft Districts. Costs are expected to be around £5 per head per night. There is no minimum group size. Sole occupancy of the site is possible for your group.

This is a ‘wild camping’ style site with a water tap, kitchen area with fireplace and cesspit, also a ceremonial fireplace with amphitheatre-style seating.

There are beautiful walks directly from the campsite. The Vanguard Way and Greensand way National Walking Trails pass a few miles away. Wildlife can be observed all around.

If you’d like to be kept in touch with progress at the site or contribute to the discussion about how the site should be developed, or enquire about making a booking, please contact scarletts@woodcraft.org.uk
