Centre Assistant
Responsible To: Biblins Centre Manager
Salary: Grade AL £17,158 - £20,119 (depending on experience) pro rata
Hours of Work: 364 hours (equivalent to 7hours per week) Annualised contract with hours delivered on site March - October Working pattern to be agreed with line manager.
Place of Work: Biblins Youth Campsite

Holiday Entitlement: 28 days per year pro rata, plus Bank Holiday entitlement (pro rata)
Biblins Youth Campsite is one of 6 Outdoor Centres managed by Woodcraft Folk. The Biblins staff team comprises of a Centre Manager, Admin Assistant and Site Assistant. We have volunteer Wardens who stay on site and look after the day to day needs of campers.
The Site Assistant role is to support the effective running and maintenance of the site, ensuring all customers have a safe and positive experience.

Development Officer (Green Mentor)
Responsible to: Head of Membership & Programmes
Responsible for: No direct reports
Salary: Grade DL £22,320 - £27,483
Hours of work: 18hrs per week
Place of work: Home based working across Leeds & Bradford

We are looking for an inspiring and engaging youth leader with an ability to motivate and empower young people. With your encouragement, groups of young people aged between 10 and 14 years old (Green Influencers) will engage with their peers and others in their local community and lead on environmental action projects They will learn engagement techniques, project and budget management and project delivery skills while making a difference to the environment and connecting to their local community.
