Annual Gathering 2026 Form

We are delighted to invite you to Woodcraft Folk’s Annual Gathering and Annual Conference 2026.

Annual Gathering is back, and this year it also incorporates Venturer Camp Pre-Camp.

Please use this form to book your spaces. This form can be filled in by individuals, families and/or district/group office holders. Everyone over 16 who is booking must be a paid member of Woodcraft Folk and all over 18s who are staying overnight will need a current DBS/PVG certificate.

All bookings before Monday 30th March will be eligible for the £10 early bird discount listed above. Delegates should be paid for by their Districts or Group.
