Woodcraft Folk for Parents and Carers

Woodcraft Folk is a movement for children and young people, open to everyone from birth to adult. We offer a place where children will grow in confidence, learn about the world and start to understand how to value our planet and each other.

We welcome everybody and are passionate advocates of equality and co-operation in everything we do.

Every week thousands of volunteers and young people meet in school halls, community venues and a host of other places to learn about big ideas through fun activities like singing, camping, playing and debating

Parents and carers play an important part in Woodcraft Folk by supporting local groups, ensuring children are able to attend regularly and often volunteering to help run group nights and camps.

Becoming a member also allows parents and carers to keep up to date with what we're doing as an organisation.

More than ever, we rely on donations to carry on our work and to remain open to children and young people from all backgrounds. By becoming a Friend of the Folk, you'll be helping to ensure more children and young people can come to Woodcraft Folk to have great fun, develop self-confidence and think about society and the world around them.
