Volunteer Training

By the end of the session, new volunteers will: Get to know each other, the group and Woodcraft Folk Be able to plan and deliver a game or activity linked to the aims and principles of Woodcraft Folk Be able touse safeguarding procedures to respond to any con cerns raised about a child or adult Understand more about the roles and tasks re quired to ensure an effective and sustainable Wood craft Folk group Feel supported to comm it to the group, identifying a clear role Know where to find further resources and training opportunities​​ For more experienced v olunteers we can cover a range of other topics suc h as Safeguarding, Active Inclusion, Suppo rting Social Action, Skill and Activity Share etc . If anyone has any ideas for a differ ent particular topic then to get in touch lauren@w oodcraft.org.uk to see if we can fit it in.    If there is anything else yo u'd like to see covered, please let us know and we will try to fit it in. Refreshments wi ll be provided.    We will b e running a crèche if needed,but will need to find volunteer help for this. Pl ease do let us know if you need to use the&n bsp;crèche.    &nbs p;
