How to use the online membership database - guidance

We've launched #DreamBigAtHome!

Our new lockdown website has hundreds of activities and games to do at home, weekly challenges to try and a regular programme of live workshops and events online, as well as information on how our groups can operate during the COVID-19 outbreak.

District Membership Secretaries now have access to the online records of members in their District.

This means they can log in to the website at, click through to the Woodcraft Folk membership database, and check their District members for their membership expiry dates, what stage their DBS is at, and update their contact details.

Below is guidance on how to use these online records. It's very much a first step and if you have more questions, or suggestions for extra information that should go in the guidance, please just let us know

Remember, any Woodcraft Folk member can login and change their details or renew their membership online. If you aren't sure of your login details, you can generate a new password by clicking 'request new password' in the dark green box in the top right of the website. Do spread the word, as it will help Membership Secretaries if individual members keep their details and membership up to date via
