Bitesize Working Together training plan
We've launched #DreamBigAtHome!
Our new lockdown website has hundreds of activities and games to do at home, weekly challenges to try and a regular programme of live workshops and events online, as well as information on how our groups can operate during the COVID-19 outbreak.
This training session is an introduction to working together with other adults to organise your group.
By the end of the session, volunteers will be better equipped to:
- Establish common expectations about how your group can work together
- Support each other to share leadership, and to understand and manage conflicts
- Know where to find further resources and training opportunities
This plan is one of a series of four 'bitesize' session plans, developed by the New Groups team. See the related resources section for sessions on: Putting the aims and principles into practice, Promoting positive behaviour and Staying safe.
