Thank you Catherine

Building Up!
Lead by the Slovenia Falcons, Woodcraft Folk will be working in partnership with other IFM member organisations to develop a toolkit to support the transition of young people from participant to leader.
This exciting project will involve youth workers and young people from Barcelona, Austria, Germany. The start of the project has been delayed due to COVID-19, but we hope to hold our first on-line meeting in February working towards a seminar in late August/early September.
Could you represent Woodcraft Folk as part of this project?

Green Influencers Scheme
Woodcraft Folk are pleased to join 40 other organisations in the Ernest Cook #iwill Green Influencers Scheme. The project will be launched in January 2021 and will seek to support and engage young people (10-14 years) in participating in and designed green social projects. Our project will work across Leeds and Bradford throughout 2021 and 2022.
The Green Influencers Scheme was borne out of a desire to help young people reliase their potential to positively impact the environment through youth social action: habitat conservation, tree planting, litter picking, lobbying etc.

Biblins ESC placements
Woodcraft Folk and Biblins Youth Campsite are excited to recieve Eramsus+ funding to host two European Solidarity Corps volunteers at the site during the peak camping season in 2021.
Woodcraft Folk are now seeking two volunteers to live on site for 6 months from April 2021. The volunteers will get invovled in all aspects of running the site e.g. welcoming guests, developing activities, social media and marketing. Volunteers need to be aged 16-30 years and are welcome from across Europe.

Youth Leadership Collective
Woodcraft Folk is excited to annouce a great opportunity for our young members. As a member of the British Youth Council, Woodcraft Folk have been selected to join 20 other organisations in showcasing good youth leadership practice. The project will bring together young leaders to explore inclusion, diversity, training, support and Children's Rights.
All Venturers, DFs and young kinsfolk are encouraged to apply to be part of the BYC Youth Leadership Collective. The collective hopes to develop:
- Theory of leadership
