As part of our growth project in East Anglia, our team of Development Officers have been delivering outreach sessions at a range of schools in the region. These sessions provide children who are not involved in our groups on a regular basis with an opportunity to benefit from activities structured around our aims and principles. In several locations we’ve been delivering these session in SEN schools - schools for children and young people with special educational needs.

Many of our groups head out on camps and trips to new destinations across the country (or continent) or to favourite sites closer to home.

Venturer Camp 2019

So you've put your tent back into storage. You can no longer remember why you got upset about someome slicing carrots the wrong way. You are unpacking your rucksack I guess its time you washed that green shirt when you realise you forgot something, you didn't get an embroidered badge to add to your collection. And you know what they say, if you don't have the badge you weren't there!

It's just a few weeks now before one of the world's largest arms fairs comes to the Excel Centre in London.  A week of protest takes place from the 2nd to the 8th September (see below for details). A number of Woodcraft Groups have committed to help but we need moe support.

The Peace Kitchen needs volunteers to prepare, cook and serve an evening meal for protesters on Tuesday and Saturday
