A month to nominations & motion amendments

Tuesday, 27 July 2021

Woodcraft Folk published its preliminary agenda for the Annual General Meeting at the end of June.

The agenda includes the usual presentation of accounts and the Trustee's Annual Report. General Council are pleased to announce that despite the pandemic we did manage to perform better than first feared when groups closed in March 2020: launching #DreamBigAtHome, attracting new funding and achieving a near balanced financial outturn.

The agenda will also include a discussion of a constitutional amendment which seeks to introduce a gender quota within our Trustee Board.

During the AGM we will also be holding elections for new General Council members and individuals to join Standing Orders Committee. The deadline for nomination is 23rd August 2021.

There is now only 4 weeks to submit any amendments or nominations. Contact soc@woodcraft.org.uk if you have any questions or would like to discuss amendments.
