Fireside chats & bright ideas

Friday, 14 August 2020

General Council are introducing a new 'fireside chats and bright ideas' sessions to encourage members to influence decisions and shape how Woodcraft Folk responds to topical issues and develops activity to achieve our strategic ambitions.

The first in the series will look at our website as we begin to make progress on replacing it.

Other planned sessions look at:

  • Youth democracy
  • Our brand
  • Inclusion
  • Woodcraft Folk as a campaigning organisation
  • Developing #DreamBigAtHome
  • The future of badgework
  • The shape of membership

These sessions are open to all members, especially young members, and will be facilitated to encourage small group discussions and the development of working groups to make progress of issues and ideas raised.

The sessions will be hosted on the last Thursday or every month, for details please see www.dreambigathome.uk/live

If you have an idea for a fireside chat theme please contact chair@woodcraft.org.uk
