British Youth Council – National Members Meeting

When? Saturday 15 June 2013, 10.30am – 4.00pm
Where? Old Street, London, United Kingdom

- Are you 16-25 years old?
- Would you like to learn more about BYC and influence their work?
- Would you like to network with other national youth organisations?

The National Members Meetings are a chance for the large members of BYC to come together to explore common issues and challenges. Woodcraft Folk are invited along with The Scout Association, Girlguiding, Unison, Unite, Young Greens and Liberal Youth, to name a few.

This will be a chance to explore how Woodcraft can get the most out of our membership of BYC, look at how BYC can work in partnership with Woodcraft more closely and to learn about the latest developments at BYC.

The agenda for June meeting will include:


- Update on BYC national campaigns
- Planning for National Lobby of Parliament on Votes at 16
- Holding the board to account via a board update


BYC are also inviting delegations to fill 30-45 minute slots with workshops or interactive presentations showcasing examples of good practice in campaigning, partnership working or anything else relevant that you would like to share.
