Cefnogi a galluogi pobl ifanc i lunio eu dyfodol ar batrwm gydweithredol
Enabling and supporting young people to shape their future in a cooperative way
Ar benwythnos Gorffennaf 5ed-7fed, mynychodd 16 o bobl gyfarfod agored cyntaf y prosiect Cyd@Gwerin. Prif weithgaredd noson gyntaf y penwythnos oedd trafod syniadau am y prosiect a phenderfynu amcanion y prosiect, ynghyd â chwarae ychydig o gêmau cydweithredol. Dechreuodd yr ail ddiwrnod gyda gêm a oedd yn gofyn i bawb drafod rhan uniogolion mewn sefyllfa grŵp, ac yna aethom i drafod cysyniad menterau cydweithredol a beth yw rhan gweithio’n gydweithredol mewn cymdeithas. Ysgogodd hyn lawer o frwdfrydedd ac arweiniodd y drafodaeth i lawer cyfeiriad, ac fe wnaethon nodi ein syniadau fel prosiectau posibl o fewn Cyd@Gwerin. Yna, mewn grwpiau llai, roeddem yn archwilio ein adnoddau ar gyfer gweithgareddau cydweithredol a’u haddasrwydd ar gyfer grwpiau gwahanol o ran oedran, maint, demograffeg, a’r amser sydd ar gael, ac ysgrifennu rhestr o ddeunyddiau y gallwn ddefnyddio ar gyfer y sesiynau blasu. Diweddodd yr ail ddiwrnod gyda thrafodaeth am gyfeiriad a strategaeth y prosiect, a daethom i’r casgliad yr hoffem i’r prosiect fod yn fwy annibynnol o Werin y Coed, er mwyn gallu denu ystod mwy eang o bobl i fewn i’r prosiect. Gallai hyn olygu y bydd yn rhaid i ni addasu ein cynllun am y flwyddyn gyntaf i ymgorffori mwy o weithgareddau a oedd yn wreiddiol i fod i’w cael eu gweithredu yn yr ail flwyddyn (h.y. ehangu ein cynulleidfa i gynnwys bobl o’r tu allan i Werin y Coed). Roeddem hefyd wedi penderfynu creu tri grŵp a fyddai’n canolbwyntio ar yr agweddau canlynol: strategaeth, cyfathrebu, a chynnwys y rhaglen. Diweddu’r penwythnos gyda un grŵp yn ceisio chwarae gêm menter cydweithredol, ac ar y trydydd diwrnod o’r penwythnos bu trafodaeth rhwng y rhai y gallent fod yn Gyd-weithwyr y dyfodol, ble bu trafod am eu rhannau a’u swyddogaethau yn y prosiect, a’u cymharu gyda’r swydd ddisgrifiad gwreiddiol. On the weekend of 5th-7th July, we held a first open meeting of the Co-op Op project, which was attended by a total of 16 people over 3 days. The first evening's activities consisted of a discussion on the concept and aims of the project, and playing some co-operative games. The second day began with a discussion game that explored the roles of individuals in group situations, and we then went on to discuss co-operation as a concept and its role in various aspects of our society. This prompted a great deal of enthusiasm, and led into many areas of discussion, which were noted as ideas for possible projects within Co-op Op. In smaller groups, we then explored our co-operative activity resources from the perspective of their suitability for different groups in terms of age, size, demographic and time available, and came up with a list of materials that we can use for our taster activities. The second day's activities ended with a big discussion about the direction and strategy of the project, in which we concluded that we would like the project to be more independent of Gwerin y Coed, in order to make it more accessible to a wider range of participants. In practice this could mean changing our year-one plan to incorporate more activities that had been planned for year 2 (i.e. expanding our audience beyond Gwerin). We also decided to create 3 working groups, to focus on the following areas of the project: strategy, communication and programme content. The weekend concluded with a group trying out a co-operative enterprise game, and on the third day several potential Co-operators discussed their roles, and compared it with the original Enablers' job description.
