Highgate & Holloway 25th celebrations
Highgate & Holloway District are celebrating 25 years of 'education for social change' and 'spanning the world with friendship'. That's 25 years of camps, clans, peafairs, protests, crafting, co-operative games, hikes, fires and friends.
So we're having a party!

Reflecting on the Many Histories of Woodcraft Folk

Call for researchers
Woodcraft Folk's 'Heading to 100' Advisory Group wish to celebrate the transfer of our archive at UCL with an event looking at Woodcraft Folk's contribution to 'education for social change'.
Entitled: Education for Social Change: The many histories of Woodcraft Folk
A symposium is being co-organised by UCL, University of Brighton and Woodcraft Folk to take place on Saturday 15th September 2018, University College London
Folk Symbol session
This session was run with an Elfin group as part of a term's work on 'Community' to explore the theme of 'Our Woodcraft Commiunity'. We discussed the meaning behind the Woodcraft logo, and then used a selection of postcards to explore our understanding of Woodcraft Folk's values.

Heading for 100 - A Woodcraft Folk film
We're pleased to have launched our new film "Heading for 100". Narrated by Michelle Collins, the film uses Woodcraft Folk films from the past nine decades to tell the story of Woodcraft Folk's first 90 years and looks forward to our centenary in 2025.
The film was produced by media.coop, working with Debs McCahon and Nicola Samson as part of our 90th anniversary celebrations and was funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund.
