Our Constitution & New Branch Structure

At the annual gathering in 2009 conference voted to become a Branch structure. The Annual Gathering 2012 addopted a new set of articles, new rules for all branches will come into effect on the 1st January 2013 and this is the date of transfer.

These are the Aims, Principles & Programme of the unincorporated association Woodcraft Folk (registered charity 1073665), which ceased to exist on 31 December 2012. All assets, liabilities and activity of the unicorporated charity passed to Woodcraft Folk (registered charity 1148195, registered company 8133727) on 1 January 2013.

This is the final constitution of the unincorporated association Woodcraft Folk (registered charity 1073665), which ceased to exist on 31 December 2012. All assets, liabilities and activity of the unicorporated charity passed to Woodcraft Folk (registered charity 1148195, registered company 8133727) on 1 January 2013.

Woodcraft Aims, Principles and Programme

Woodcraft Folk has nine Aims and Principles, listed below. These are shared by all members of the movement and inform all our varied activities. 

Standing Orders

Below is the latest version of Woodcraft Folk's Standing Orders, as updated at the 2016 AGM. The Standing Orders are the rules for our Annual General Meetings and any other General Meeting. They are part of Woodcraft Folk's Constitutional Documents.
