Annual Gathering nominations deadline
If you'd like to stand for General Council or Standing Orders Committee, you need to complete your nomination form (downloadable below) and send it to nominations@woodcraft.org.uk by 12noon on Tuesday 19 March 2013. Elections will be held at Annual Gathering.
Annual Gathering motions deadline
Get your motions to motions@woodcraft.org.uk by 12noon on Thursday 29 January if you want them discussed at Annual Gathering.
If you'd like advice on drafting a motion, please email Standing Orders Committee.
Annual Gathering 2012
Woodcraft Folk's Annual Gathering 2012 will take place on the weekend of 27-29 April 2012 at Scout Park in Bounds Green, North London (just a few minutes walk from Bound Green tube or Bowes Park rail).
More details will be published soon, but get the date in your diary now and expect the usual Woodcraft Folk mix of democracy, skill-sharing, singing and games.

Annual Gathering 2019 - Empowering young people
Young people at the heart of Woodcraft Folk’s democracy
In keeping with Woodcraft Folk’s new strategic plan this year’s Annual Gathering focuses on empowering children and young people. The event has been combined with VCamp pre-camp and the programme has been developed with targeted workshops for Pioneers and Venturers, including sessions led by Venturers.

Annual Gathering 2018 - What happened?
This year's Annual Gathering was held at our newest campsite - the wonderful Biblins - in glorious sunshine. Saturday was full of celebration of our achievements over the past year, launching our new strategic plan - which will take us through to our centenary in 2025 - and a wide range of inspiring workshops and skill-sharing sessions.
General Council needs you!
General Council (Woodcraft Folk's Board of Trustees) is made up of members like you, elected by members like you. At Annual Gathering (22-24 June), we'll be electing two members of General Council in the 16-24 category and five members of any age. If you'd like to find out more about being on General Council, please email nominations@woodcraft.org.uk and we can put you in touch with a current GC member for a chat.
