Aims and Principles Photo Story

Bromley Venturers postcard

Bromley Venturers created a postcard to promote their group locally. It's a simple design made up of photos and information about what they do and where they meet.

Why not use this as a starting point for making postcards to promote your Woodcraft Folk group?

How do I advertise my group?

Woodcraft Folk provides publicity material that can be used to advertise your group. You can download and print it or contact the Woodcraft Folk Office and ask us to post you free copies.

Case study: Woodcraft stall at a festival

Running a stall at an event is a great way to promote Woodcraft Folk, and to share with the public what we do and why we do it. Lots of Woodcraft groups take stalls and activities to annual local events, and some represent us at summer festivals. Here is Kit's story of taking a Woodcraft Folk stall to Latitude.

Case study: setting up a new group in Ealing

Ealing District Woodcraft Group are over-seeing the development of two new groups, a Woodchip and an Elfin group, based in the White City Estate, Hammersmith. Getting the premises was made possible by the Head of a local primary school who manages the centre and whose children have been members of Ealing Woodcraft.
