Scottish Gathering is an opportunity for everyone involved with Woodcraft Folk in Scotland to come together, share what we have been doing in different parts of the country, build links, and plan for the future.

We are running a new online quiz event called Your Digital Family on 11th February at 6pm – about all the brilliant and different things families love doing online. And you can take part from your front room, dining table, or wherever your family can come together online.

Join us for a special virtual session from Suffolk Owl Sanctuary, where we’ll be learning all about Owls, where they live, what they eat, what threats they face and how you can help! Come prepared with some questions to test Susan (Woodcraft Folk Group Leader and Education Officer at SOS), and hopefully there will be some live owls to show you too.

 

Cultivate a Community Garden

Join Al-Jawad Pike and The Liliesleaf Trust UK for a session around designing a publicly accessible community garden for The Liliesleaf Trust UK’s proposed Centre of Memory and Learning, thinking about rich anti-racist and activist heritage focused on equality, freedom and inclusion. The Centre and its garden will be at 28 Penton Street, Islington, the former London headquarters of the African National Congress.

Large Scale Energy Generation Workshop
