Woodcraft Folk Online Reference Form

Below is our new online referencing system for you to complete and submit.

We require all of our new members who are actively volunteering at group nights or atending overnight stays to provide two referees and submit references to support their membership application. References are our way to check an applicants suitability to work with children in addition to their DBS or PVG (scotland only) and support their membership application. Referees can be:

Winning winter group night ideas share

Over 60 people from all Scottish districts got together for a day of fun and sharing ideas in Falkirk in mid November. Young people and adults rotated around 5 idea stations where they picked up different ideas for group nights. These stations were smoothie making, soup making and knifework, craft origami book marks, anti plastics campaigning, Common Ground camp, and water issues. In true co-operative style each person was invited to bring a vegetable or fruit to add to the soup and smoothies.

Scottish Gathering is an opportunity for everyone involved with Woodcraft Folk in Scotland to come together, share what we have been doing in different parts of the country, build links, plan for the future (and socialise!). The programme will include a variety of workshops and our AGM with elections to the Scottish Committee.
