Pioneers
Co-operatives United
2012 is the International Year of Co-operatives, and the biggest event of the year is Co-operatives United, a huge festival of co-operatives from all over the world. It should be a memorable and inspiring event, and a chance to meet co-operators from countries and organisations we've never worked with before.
Development Conference
This year's second Development Conference is happening at the YHA in Bristol. It will be a chance for all Woodcraft members, whatever their age and role in Woodcraft Folk, to get together for socialising, workshops, discussions on current Woodcraft topics, and generally sharing ideas and friendship.
Midlands Camp 2012
Midlands Camp for all groups and members in the Midlands. Contact Claire Knight for more info: claire@theknighthouse.co.uk.
Guide to editing your group's page
Do you want to give your Woodcraft Folk group its own space on the Woodcraft website? You're in the right place!
Talk to your group about what they'd like to put on the website, and volunteer as your group's Web Manager. Ask your Group Leader to get in touch with us and we'll make sure you have a log in and support to get started.
Cudham Pioneer Bivvy
If you would be interested in getting your pioneer group involved in the Bivvy please contact Catherine McCarthy on cudham@woodcraft.org.uk.
Annual Gathering 2011
Annual Gathering is the democratic heart of the Woodcraft Folk, but it’s so much more than that. As well as celebrating our achievements over the past year & electing our General Council, we discuss future plans for the movement, share skills & experiences, and enjoy each other’s company in true Woodcraft style.
All members are welcome to attend and take part in Annual Gathering, but if you’d like to register as a delegate representing your district, please contact your district co-ordinator.
CoCamp
CoCamp will bring together children, young people, and adults from around the world, to live, work, and play as a dynamic co-operative community, sharing a common set of values.
CoCamp will enthuse young people about a co-operative way of life, empower them to act and involve them in ongoing activities. After the camp, members will continue to use the principles, skills and experiences they have gained in their own communities, and to build a peaceful and sustainable future.
