DESCRIPTION:\nWe want to give our leaders the opportunity to vocalise their issues and collaborate with Woodcraft Folk staff to find ways to improve recruitment for all groups and increase capacity. We’ve made a number of attempts to help you all with recruitment, but they seem to not fully address the needs of our groups. So over the next few months we’ll be hosting Recruitment & Retention Drop-in sessions to start having these conversations. This will be our third drop-in session and we hope to offer more opportunities to explore this topic in the Autumn.
