How to use the online membership database - guidance

District Membership Secretaries now have access to the online records of members in their District.

This means they can log in to the website at www.woodcraft.org.uk, click through to the Woodcraft Folk membership database, and check their District members for their membership expiry dates, what stage their DBS is at, and update their contact details.

Design the Membership Badge for 2014

Earlier this year we sent out a request to all groups asking them to submit designs for the 2014 membership badge.

We’re encouraging all members to get involved and design a badge around the ‘Burston School Strike’. Its great activity for group night and an opportunity to inspire interesting conversation.

DF Five Year Membership

NOW AVAILABLE!! 

  • Annual gathering resolved to allow 16 to 20 year olds to buy 5 year membership.
  • The membership will be set at five times the annual unwaged/low paid fee 

16 year olds wanting to become a member of Woodcraft Folk can now make a £60.00 advanced payment to cover the duration of their DF membership.

What is a member?

In simple terms a member is anyone who participates in Woodcraft Folk, and can be an adult or a child. Woodcraft Folk is a membership organisation and involves children as members of local groups and young people and adults as members of the national movement.

Under 16 membership

Young people under 16 can become members of national Woodcraft Folk for free. Becoming a member means you'll receive the monthly e-newsletter, an invitation to Annual Gathering (the Woodcraft Folk AGM) and lots of other news and opportunities from around the Folk.
