We are trying to make a more formal process for applying to run venturer camps.
Below are a series of role descriptions, outlining what different members of the organising team are responsible for as well as a timeline of when certain things should happen, so that when people come forwards to take on roles they know what they are letting themselves in for.

The first meeting for International Camp 2020 happened in Birmingham this weekend, here’s what we discussed...
Have you wanted to bring some of your group to Lockerbrook but do not have enough people to fill the place?
Over 50 Scottish members, experienced and new, older and younger came together for our annual Scottish Gathering weekend at the end of January. Members from all our districts; Glasgow West End, Glasgow Southside, Glasgow East End, Glasgow Kelvingrove, Stirling, Falkirk, Edinburgh Portobello, Edinburgh Bruntsfield and Newhaven shared their news and ideas together.
Midlands Region will be hosting its regional gathering this year at the Birmingham Midlands Institute on the 7th October 2017. More details about the event will follow shortly.

The Northern Region are planning a co-operative camp, on in which Districts choose to camp at the same time and in the same place as other Districts. District will each be responsible for their own catering, equipment and transport BUT will have the opportunity to network with each other.
Can every district please send at least one, preferably two or more delegates. As well as established leaders, we also want new leaders and Venturers and DFs to attend. There will be a crèche, but booking is essential,at least a week beforehand.
Drinks, biscuits and cake will be provided. Please bring a packed lunch. Hot drinks will be provided, bring a mug if possible.
