Project Manager & Groundskeeper vacancies at Biblins Campsite

Woodcraft Folk are proud to announce that they will be taking over the management of the Biblins campsite in the New Year. The 20 acre sites boasts two bunkhouses for use by schools, youth and community groups.

Can you help Woodcraft Folk make the Biblins campsite the best it can be?

Woodcraft Folk are looking to appoint a dynamic team to lead on the development of the 20 acre Biblins site. Having been previously operated by the Forestry Commission, Woodcraft Folk are looking to relaunch the site as a welcoming centre for children and young people to engage in nature.

 

1.Project Manager, 28hrs per week up to £30,499 pro rata

Woodcraft Folk is looking for an experienced and highly effective Project Manager to take forward the strategic and operational management of the site. Leading a small team of paid staff and volunteers to introduce new systems and procedures, to develop the site to meet the needs of visitors, increasing visitor numbers and ensuring that the site operates within all compliance frameworks.

 

2. Groundskeeper, equivalent to 10hrs per week up to £17,353 pro rata

In addition, Woodcraft Folk are looking to recruit a groundkeeper and administrator to work flexibly responding to enquiries, working with contractors and maintaining the site to provide a safe and welcoming stay for groups of children and young people.
